2. 3D Scan Inspector - Scanrobots and Optix Scanner

3DD OPTIX scanners have been successfully integrated into Robot systems by 3D Scanworks. Please click here for details.

3D Scanworks is a Reseller of 3D Digital Corporation. The Optix 400 series obtains high accuracy for partial sizes of 5 - 100 mm and for objects of 100 - 2000 mm. In combination with a robot arm, 3D Scanworks are able to provide the customer solution: 3D Scan Inspector. The Scan Inspector was developed particularly for the industrial manufacturing sector that requires a large extent of maintenance-free employment. It offers among other things the highest possible automation during the production process while respecting quality control requirements.

All the OPTIX scanners can be upgraded to the Automated Registration System and 3D Scan Inspector without any hardware modifications.

3. Rotary Table Solution

3D Digital Corp. introduced the new Rotary Table solution to the market in January 2005. We have integrated the OPTIX 400S along with a turntable.
